Sit on the verandah and observe the birdlife whizzing past, from tiny blue wrens to the much larger cockatoos; there's plenty of variety and an enjoyable pastime. Most evenings the kangaroos will come and graze; they are also fascinating to watch.
Walk to town via the old railway bridge (torch provided for evening walk). If you enjoy cycling, the Munda Biddi cycle/walk trail is accessed immediately from the property.
