The Pondering Frog Cafe Ice Creamery is a place to stop and relax on your journey up or down the East Coast of Tasmania. You can choose to sit in or outdoor area. We offer great hand made specialty ice cream, Devonshire Tea, all day breakfast, lunch or takeaway. Our famous jams, pickles and chutney are available plus fruit wine and liqueur tasting, frog souvenirs and Tasmanian souvenirs. We are licensed. We are also happy to help with sightseeing ideas for the area. We have an RV stop over area for fully self contained RVs (max stay 48 hours)for a donation. For the children there is a playground and we also have animals to talk to.
